The woman at the front desk, not sure of her name, was very pleasant and helpful. The oil change was done quickly and the waiting area was nice. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because I was told very pleasant and helpful. The oil change was done quickly and the waiting area was nice. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because I was told at check out that I would be charged a 3% fee for using a credit card. This was not disclosed in any of the Several Emails I received confirming the appointment. I would think about going elsewhere due to this policy. More

I'm on my third vehicle from this dealership and Robert has been sales rep each time. The leasing process is stress-free thanks to a no-pressure sales staff.
