Easy to make appointment however upon arriving, I had to wait almost 15 minutes to speak to a service coordinator. The car was in for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited for the service and was told a wait almost 15 minutes to speak to a service coordinator. The car was in for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited for the service and was told an hour. It was ready after an hour and 45 minutes which in my estimation was long. The dealership was clean and comfortable. More

First time at White Plains dealer for service and I was extremely satisfied when I left. Easily made a service appointment the night before via website and was at the dealership for less than 2 hrs while I extremely satisfied when I left.
