I wanted to take a moment to rate my experience at White Plains Buick GMC on 1/9/21. I was looking for a new vehicle for my wife and her first choice was an Acadia. I contacted the dealership to setup an ap Plains Buick GMC on 1/9/21. I was looking for a new vehicle for my wife and her first choice was an Acadia. I contacted the dealership to setup an appointment and I received a call from a salesperson named Ryan. He was very polite, professional and attentive to our needs. Upon arrival to the dealership the General Manager Scott greeted us in the showroom and stated if you need anything during your visit today please let me know as he was actively greeting other customers. The dealership was very clean and I was greeted on multiple occasions by all of the employees that I encountered during my visit. The process of selecting a vehicle and finalizing my lease felt easy, no pressure and exactly the price we agreed upon. I would highly recommend this dealership if your in the market for a new car. Thank you again Scott and Ryan, we are absolutely thrilled with our new car. More

I called this dealer to inquire about a new truck they had on their website. I asked if that specific truck qualified for the current Employee Pricing sales offer. I even gave them the VIN # for the truc had on their website. I asked if that specific truck qualified for the current Employee Pricing sales offer. I even gave them the VIN # for the truck my husband was interested in buying so there was no misunderstanding. The person put me on hold to check with the sales manager to see if that truck qualified and then came back and told me that it definitely qualified for the offer. My husband drove over an hour to the dealership with the expectation to buy the truck, but when he got to the dealership, they gave him a much different story. After he sat in the truck and loved it (like he knew he would), they told him it didn't qualify for the special offer and they were only going to give him less than half of what the special offer discount would have been. They lured him to the dealership with false promises and then completely went back on what they said over the telephone, hoping he would like the truck so much that they could milk about five thousand more out of him, typical dishonest salespeople. I would never trust a dealership like this to do business with. More
Dropped off my new GMC for a body work estimate. A few small dings. Turns out they use a body shop in the Bronx. We were having some problems with our vehicle and our service advisor- B. Sosa, went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Every single time I walked in there I was very comfortable and happy. They were polite without being overwhelming. I ended up working with this man named Willie. He’s now retired but I have to say comfortable and happy. They were polite without being overwhelming. I ended up working with this man named Willie. He’s now retired but I have to say, that man worked his butt off for me so that I can walk out of there with the truck and the price that I wanted. But it didn’t stop there. Credit side was equally as amazing. But where they really shined was in their service department. Benny and Lydia I’ve dealt with a few times. For recalls and each time they were so helpful and polite. The workers were also quick and efficient. Many more reasons to list why I will be a returning customer. More
Just plain trash By far the worst dealership I’ve ever bought from. I purchased a brand new Denali Ultimate back in October. Upon delivery I noticed a few areas of co By far the worst dealership I’ve ever bought from. I purchased a brand new Denali Ultimate back in October. Upon delivery I noticed a few areas of concern and upon looking at the truck in daylight I found almost every panel on the truck to have been repainted not to mention a foot print on the headliner over the passenger seat and small tears in the driver seat. After bringing this to their attention I was met with numerous lies and only after I threatened a lawsuit did they swap out my truck for another new one. Unfortunately this wasn’t the end of my ordeal, I immediately left on a 300 mile road trip upstate New York to come to the realization that this truck shakes at highway speed. With some research this is known as the “Chevy shake”, I immediately phoned the GM and Service manager to be told “it’s just flat spots in the tires, drive it around and it’ll dissipate”. Here we are 10k miles later and the truck still shakes among other nuances such as neutralizing on the 1-2 shift and a noisy CV joint. When I called 2 weeks ago I was told neither manager was still employed there and I would be called back by the new service manager Ray. 2 weeks later and numerous calls and Ray can’t answer his phone. I set an appointment for last Monday because I was told they would have a loaner car for me, they didn’t. Ray couldn’t care less about my issues and told me he’d try to call when he had a loaner. I’m not holding my breath. Take your money someplace else. More
Bought a car and never received title and plates I bought a new truck from them 7 weeks and have not received registration and license plates. I have contacted the GM headquarters and will be filing a Special Civil Part complaint against them tomorrow. I would never buy another car from them. More

I currently have a GMC lease and went in before my lease end to look into quotes for the next lease. I had all intentions of remaining a loyal GMC customer. The salesman was polite and helpful. However, likely very inexperienced as he kept going back and forth to his sales manager who was sitting 5 feet away from us to ask him questions and get pricing. This went on for 1.5 hours until we finally received 1 lease offer pricing. My complaint here is actually how unprofessional the sales manger was as he never once came over to us to discuss pricing and try to a make a sale. The entire time we could overhear his discussion with the salesman who was helping us. We sat right in front of him but he never made eye contact. How rude and unprofessional. I also noted how rude and disrespectful he was to the salesman. He was ordering him to do as he said and not ask questions along with other staff he interacted with during our time there. The lease quote we received was 200$ more than our current payment and a very similar MSRP. When asked to explain how this number came to be the salesman could not figure it out and gave us the run around. When asked to try to negotiate a better offer we were told there’s nothing more they could do. I will never lease a GMC again after this experience which is unfortunate because I don’t believe it represents GMC as a whole but the customer service was horrendous at this location. It’s very obvious now why the store was empty and why they had so many cars in their inventory. We will not being returning GMC customers and I would caution others not to visit this location!!! More
