We set an appointment for 10:15 on Saturday: the sale representative was double or triple booked, we constantly were bounced between him and the sales manager (old school sales tactic) but we made a down-payment on a car we chose and in inventory at their "sister-dealership". We kept Friday afternoon and Saturday free as they were supposed to deliver the car: I kept engaged and asked for updates.... I received confirmation on Friday that the car we chose and for which we do have regular paperwork has been sold to someone else!!!!!!!!! Now the refund is still pending as the paperwork needs to be done :-).... More
