When I called and told them about my battery I was told it was covered under my extended warranty. When I got to the dealership I was then told that I had to pay the battery wasn’t covered. They wanted to it was covered under my extended warranty. When I got to the dealership I was then told that I had to pay the battery wasn’t covered. They wanted to charge me $800. After some argument I had to pay $461.00. I am not happy with this dealership or service department. More

I have provided an extensive Google review identifying all individuals that were part of the process, starting with Akbar, who was absolutely amazing from the first contact to the last moment I was on the all individuals that were part of the process, starting with Akbar, who was absolutely amazing from the first contact to the last moment I was on the lot. Akbar took the time to understand the vehicle I was purchasing. It wasn't just a sales pitch, or a quick in-and-out process. He helped me think through what I wanted. He was also an excellent negotiator and let me free free to make my ask. Following that. Zeeshan and Willy helped me navigate the paperwork including financing and a service conract. Zeeshan went as far as contacting my new insurance to ask them to current date the policy so that I could drive off the same day. Taj warmly greeted me each time I was there. As I referenced above, I didn't just drive off...Akbar got into the vehicle with me and walked me through the OnStar process which he had set up for me.
