Thank you for reaching out.The service fella was' Firsy'...and the service mgr was definitely John(rated 'poorly' here....as he did absolutely nothing to help.And Firsy and his mechanic always saying I should consider getting rid of my '06 H3 almost every visit(!)...to this day its running great since Ive taken it elsewhere for service..leads meto think they just wanted me to buy a new car from CITYCADILLAC/HUMMER!A nd being cheated out of that $50 after theyd all acknowledged they erred in billing me that one time but next visit they refused to refund me!!!Wow!Please contact me by email(nightbird2041@gmail.com) or text(718-541-2041)Thank you...
