My sales agent, Victoria DeJesus, was enthusiastic, patient, and diplomatic. She was keen to make the sale but maintained her professional demeanor throughout the process. I was allowed a test drive as appropriate for NYC, but I had no delusions. The actual negotiations went well enough and they eventually gave me the full amount I requested for my trade. However, the "rebate" they graciously added to the buy order actually imposed a net increase of $44 to the final price of the car. I accepted it in the interest of good faith but I let manager know that I was aware of what was going on. Those quibbles aside I would recommend Empire, and Ms. DeJesus, to those wishing to purchase a new or used car. More
I went in to purchase a new 2023 Yukon SLT, Met with Victoria De Jesus. Ms. De Jesus was fantastic with the sale. She was accommodating and upfront. The rest of the experience was terrible. William the finance person gave me an insulting interest rate and didn't look at my credit rating. Then came back after 20 minutes with us sitting there with another insult rate. I went thru my bank and in 45 minutes was handed a check with a much lower apr. Then the truck was brought to me and the front bumper had scratches and scuff on it. The entire truck had water spots and glue residue from transport wrap all over it. The detailing dept they have is poor at best. I immediately brought the truck to a detailing shop the next day. Then here is the best, I placed a $2000 deposit on the vehicle and was brought two receipts one for $1800 and another for $200, which I signed for (don't know why 2 receipts). Then Later checked my bank statement and they added a 3% charge onto my deposit with out my consent. I was not told, or no signage that there is a 3% up-charge for credit card. Even though i signed for a total of $2000. Please check your statements. Overall the experience from the initial sale with Victoria was great, it was totally over shadowed by the sub par personal and delivery experience after. I am a car and business savvy guy, if they treat me this way i cant imagine how they treat people who are not. Trust goes a long way and they have not earned it. I would not recommend Empire GMC to anyone. More

months and Sales said to wait. Service ... the two months should explain it all. I didn't want to bring it there because of other reviews and the poor Sales experience, but as i Service ... the two months should explain it all. I didn't want to bring it there because of other reviews and the poor Sales experience, but as it was defective paint, GMC told me to bring it there. For the first month, they didn't do anything. They also refused to provide any updates or even a person with any knowledge of the whereabouts of the vehicle. I called for weeks to try and get an update. Finally the service manager called back. Then it was another mess, one a month. First time the car came back, they didn't do anything, second time the car was brought back but the parking sensors were messed up. The only plus was that after the first screw up, they picked up and dropped the car off for the two subsequent trips. Vehicle had 15k miles and management says they don't want to provide any comp because the vehicle was never in for service before. Avoid this dealership. GM was also subpar in assistance. Also, them not willing to honor their warranty through more local and reputable service centers is 100% b.s. Although I bought out this vehicle (directly), it may very well be the last GM I buy. I've had 9 GM vehicles across Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC and Pontiac. More
