I didn't want to bring it there because of other reviews and the poor Sales experience, but as it was defective paint, GMC told me to bring it there. For the first month, they didn't do anything. They also refused to provide any updates or even a person with any knowledge of the whereabouts of the vehicle. I called for weeks to try and get an update. Finally the service manager called back. Then it was another mess, one a month. First time the car came back, they didn't do anything, second time the car was brought back but the parking sensors were messed up. The only plus was that after the first screw up, they picked up and dropped the car off for the two subsequent trips. Vehicle had 15k miles and management says they don't want to provide any comp because the vehicle was never in for service before. Avoid this dealership. GM was also subpar in assistance. Also, them not willing to honor their warranty through more local and reputable service centers is 100% b.s. Although I bought out this vehicle (directly), it may very well be the last GM I buy. I've had 9 GM vehicles across Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC and Pontiac. More
