Very satisfied with my used car purchase Although I think buying a used car is always stressful/anxiety-producing in some way, I really do feel very satisfied with my experience at City Cadil Although I think buying a used car is always stressful/anxiety-producing in some way, I really do feel very satisfied with my experience at City Cadillac and extremely happy with the car we bought. We worked with Dan Keys, who was extremely pleasant and accommodating, and I felt that he made the process as straightforward as possible. We ran into a few hiccups along the way, but Dan and the dealership worked quickly to resolve them, and I do feel that City Cadillac makes a strong effort to ensure customer satisfaction. It's a comfortable environment, and we appreciated not only the coffee and snacks, but also never having the feeling like someone was pushing us into something we did not want. I would definitely recommend Dan and City Cadillac, and would go back there if I were in the market for another car. More
DEFRAUDED BIG TIME!!! Dear Mr. Fox, It'll soon be a year since I purchased this vehicle from your dealership. Its a couple of months short of a year the mileage rollbac Dear Mr. Fox, It'll soon be a year since I purchased this vehicle from your dealership. Its a couple of months short of a year the mileage rollback was reported by Potamkin. Since then you have repeatedly told me that there are no records of any such report. I just spoke with a member of your service department and I was told that there is, in fact, a record of said rollback. My insurance company will not renew in 3 weeks due to the same issue and the engine light is illuminated so I cannot drive the vehicle. If I cannot drive I cannot work. If I cannot work I cannot take care of my family. But for this 30,000 mile rollback on this vehicle I would be able to retain the proper insurance and as per the experts my engine wouldn't be about to blow. This is not a good look. Sam Fox is the owner of City Caddilac The salesman I dealt with is not listed. He was probably fired, as he should have been.This matter is more than likely headed to court. One of Mr . Fox's employees replied stating I had no proof. If anyone would like to second guess this time, and I doubt they will, then I will post the findings from Potamkin. Which Mr. Fox is already in posession of. I WAS DEFRAUDED BY CITY CADDILAC... I WAS SOLD A VEHICLE UNDER THE FALSE PRETENSES THAT IF WAS COVERED UNDER THE CERTIFIED PREOWNED PROGRAM WITH GENERAL MOTORS. THIS VEHICAL WAS DAMAGED AND REPAIRED ON THE LEFT SIDE. AFTER MARKET PARTS WERE USED IN ITS REPAIR. THE DIGITAL ODOMETER WAS TAMPERED WITH AND ADJUSTED TO SHOW THAT THE VEHICLE HAD 30,000 (THIRTY THOUSAND) MILES LESS THAN IT SHOWS AS PER POTAMKIN.. I HAVE PAPERS STATING CITY INSTALLED A NEW BATTERY. YET AFTER HAVING POP A LOCK BOOST AT LEAST 4 TIMES AND HAVING TO EVENTUALLY PURCHASE MY OWN BOOSTER. I HAD THE BATTERY INSPECTED AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NOT A CHANCE IN xxxx THE BATTERY WAS NEW. IT IS COMPLETELY DEAD AND WOULD NOT ACCEPT A FREE CHARGE FROM AUTO ZONE. WHERE I FINALLY BOUGHT A NEW ONE 3 WEEKS AGO. THIS PURCHASE HAS EEN A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. AND WHEN I THREATENED THE SALESMAN, MOONEY, WITH LEGAL ACTION. HE TOLD ME THAT THE DEALERSHIP HAS 6 LAWYERS AND ARENT WORRY ABOUT ME. I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED More
