I had a wonderful experience with Empire Buick this past Tuesday. I converted my leased Buick to a purchase and was very happy with Moni Ruzzaman, my Sales Consultant. He was very knowlegeable, friendly a Tuesday. I converted my leased Buick to a purchase and was very happy with Moni Ruzzaman, my Sales Consultant. He was very knowlegeable, friendly and kind. He was instrumental in my decision-making process and did not make me feel rushed. As a woman, it can sometimes be intimidating going to a car dealership alone. But Moni made the experience an enjoyable one. I will recommend Empire and Mr. Ruzzaman to anyone looking for a Buick dealership. Honorable mention: Mike Martindale, Business Director. I Felt Ms Romero, was way too aggressive trying to convince me to purchase the extended warranty. She just absolutely refused to take no for an answer .Even when I told her that the payment was alread convince me to purchase the extended warranty. She just absolutely refused to take no for an answer .Even when I told her that the payment was already at the very top of my budget. She still kept trying to convince me to add the the warranty.At that point I politely excused myself from her office. The purchase was completed by two other really nice, but highly deceptive employees. More
