Excellent and thorough service. I called this dealership in hopes of purchasing a brand new Cadillac Escalade. Within a few minutes, I was scheduled for an appointment with the Cadillac specialist which was Rick Eichner. In the first few minutes of the appointment, Rick made us feel welcomed to the dealership. Although we were talking business, Rick was successfully able to make the place a friendly atmosphere. After asking multiple questions, answers from Rick came in a very thorough and gentle way. What we appreciated was the honesty and realism of Rick. He did not play around or misguide us and he always answered our questions in the most direct way possible. When he introduced us to the car, he demonstrated some of the features very nicely. What made this experience so great was the last part when it came to signing the documents. Rick made a copy of all the important things and even things that were not so important. He organized all this into an envelope which made it very easy for us to keep track of things. Above all, Rick was able to get us a great monthly rate for the car. We enjoyed buying the car from Rick and felt like we were part of a bigger family. If you are looking to buy an escalade, this is the place to go to and this is your guy! More
