Dishonest practice 11/17/2019 I wanted to give this dealer a zero star after yesterday's experience if I could. After one visit and multiple conversations 11/17/2019 I wanted to give this dealer a zero star after yesterday's experience if I could. After one visit and multiple conversations on the phone with a salesman, I was given a price and ready to lease this specific car. Now I am not new to leasing a car and with that being said, I was very very specific the way I wanted the deal to be structured. All monies owed are supposed to be included in the monthly payment for the car, other than DMV and first month's payment period. Yesterday, as soon as I arrived to the dealer to finalize the transaction with the same salesman, I knew I was in for trouble. Now, he mentioned an additional $650 fee that everyone pays. It was like we started from scratch and have never spoken before, even after his own notes verified what price we had talked about. Here we go let the games begin...Into the manager's office he went. Finally, the Manager came out and started his speech. He said that he is going to try to get me to the price I wanted. HOLD ON A SECOND, do you mean the price I was told by the salesman previously on the phone already. I had this specific 2020 car's MSRP numbers and everything to the penny so there can be NO mistake. The Manager said he has another 2019 car and that he has to locate, the usual nonsense. (BAIT AND SWITCH ) I was incensed, my only fault was I started with foul language which I regret. The Manager asked me to leave which I myself could not wait to find the door. How could this happen,I was so very specific for reasons such as this to avoid. If anyone is looking for a dealership that is honest and true to their words, DO NOT GO TO CITI CADILLAC BUICK GMC. I do not expect a response and will follow up this review to ensure any response is an honest one. More

Wasn't planning on getting a car...but then We arrived in order to look at inventory and get some pricing ideas. A few hours later we had our 3 year lease on the 2020 Yukon Denali locked up and We arrived in order to look at inventory and get some pricing ideas. A few hours later we had our 3 year lease on the 2020 Yukon Denali locked up and we were driving it home. The main answers we got to almost any request or question was "no problem" or "yes, we can do that". Our sales person, Jesus Rosas was knowledgeable, engaged, enthusiastic and respectful. We have acquired over 20 vehicles in our driving lifetime and I wish Jesus was involved in every one. More
