Id been a loyal customer...even bought my '06 H3( which Id leased for 3 yrs) from them...'had it serviced only by them always.But in the last years they aggressively started telling me its getting old...ha Id leased for 3 yrs) from them...'had it serviced only by them always.But in the last years they aggressively started telling me its getting old...has rust and you should get rid of it...overcharged me by $50 on a bill ,admitted error and that they'll take care of it next visit(they didnt...lied denying the overcharge then..service mgr did NOTHING to help...too laid back and let it go suggested...these guys are not to be trusted and after over 10 years being a loyal customer I never went back...and definitely I wouldnt recommend them AT ALL.How dare they!??, More

I had the best experience with Jesus Rosa at City Cadillac. From his patience with me as I figured out what type of car I wanted down to answering every question I could come up with, he was with me Cadillac. He explained everything in detail and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting. Let's face it, that is sometimes extremely rare when shopping for a car. A week after I took home my new car, I realized I left something in my old one and he helped me track down my old car to find my missing item. He went above and beyond what was expected and will be going back to only him when it is time for a new lease. More

For any family a vehicle purchase is a big investment that you want to get done right. You cant do that w/out the right people. My husband and I had went to a couple others before stepping here and all w that you want to get done right. You cant do that w/out the right people. Even though the vehicle we saw online was the incorrect one they had a nice choice of others and what made us stay and try was Anthony Oropeza’s interest in trying to help us find what we wanted . He was extremely helpful, respectful and not pushy ! We felt important as clients and feel like we got a great deal after both sides negotiated. Reviews def pay a big role, if you need a good place to buy a nice cadillac and with professional people this is def a spot to stop by ! More
