Thank you and the whole team at Empire Cadillac. I would like to take this time to thank Joshua for his excellent expertise. Joshua was a great help to me. My lease was to expire 5/23/22 and at that I would like to take this time to thank Joshua for his excellent expertise. Joshua was a great help to me. My lease was to expire 5/23/22 and at that time we were working with limited amount of cars available. Joshua helped me extend my prior lease for 2 months while we waited for the CTS V5 to come to Queens. During this time Joshua was great with the updates. He kept me informed on the ongoing process. Once the car arrived he immediately called me to come in. That was Thursday 6/9/22. He started the process to purchase the vehicle on his own. When I came in Friday 6/10/22 everything was set to go. I was out driving my new car within 2-3 hours. Thanks to Joshua. Joshua also gave me a great tuturial. There are many great features to the car. Which Joshua explained to me.
