I'm really wondering why my experience has been so different than these most recent reviews. I read through them before I made a deal for a new GMC Sierra 2500HD a hundred and fifty six miles away fro different than these most recent reviews. I read through them before I made a deal for a new GMC Sierra 2500HD a hundred and fifty six miles away from my home. They gave me a fair price and set up my delivery at a time I could be there, then called right at the time I was to depart letting me know the dealer installed running boards hadn't been received or installed. I asked them to just credit me for them and I could purchase and install them rather than delay delivery or take another six hours to return for them. The sales manager said that was not an option so I suggested, and they agreed, that they ship them to me and I would even split the shipping costs with them. It's been two weeks now and all I've been told is they're back ordered. My salesman Joshua has been great staying in contact with me but he has very little authority to resolve my issue. I've called for the sales manager multiple times but he has only called back once saying he would call again. It's been a week now without returning or taking my call and the receptionist is screening for them when I ask for him or the general manager. I guess that if you get a clean deal from this dealership you will probably be okay but I don't recommend buying with a "we owe" since once they have your money you're no longer important to them. Small claims court is my only option now. More
