Very Shady Dealership. ..Buyer Beware!!! GREAT place if you want the WORST car shopping experience... EMPIRE of LIC did not Honor the internet price as claimed even with Pr ..Buyer Beware!!! GREAT place if you want the WORST car shopping experience... EMPIRE of LIC did not Honor the internet price as claimed even with Print-Out from their website. They attempted to keep my refundable deposit. I was given a Fake Service Receipt that claimed to Pass NYS Safety and Emissions Inspection. As well Front and Rear brakes & rotors..BUT the BRAKE code was still on the dashboard and the Vehicle Info showed the brakes had not been replaced. Just as well you could tell physcially and visually the brakes had not been Serviced. Not to forget the tires were never inspected or replaced either. Can't Pass NYS Safety & Emissions Inspection with a BRAKE code on the dash. Was told I would have to take it to another dealership to have the BRAKE code removed. If you encounter Justin just walk away from this very shady guy...Tried to convince me to pick up an Unserviced, Non-inspected vehicle well after closing to meet his quota...Eventhough the car was supposed to have been ready a week before according to the date set by Valeria and Dan for pick-up...Spoke with the GM Tristen he's no better than Justin..They'll take advantage of any consumer who does not do their due diligence prior to purchase..
