I reached out by email and responded to ads the had for 2 different vehicles I wanted to buy. I can pay cash or finance with a 780 score and no issues with debt to income. I used to manage a Honda Dealership different vehicles I wanted to buy. I can pay cash or finance with a 780 score and no issues with debt to income. I used to manage a Honda Dealership for close to 10 years. NO ONE even responded to me. I guess business must me incredible for them and they just don't have the time to get back to REAL buyers. If this is how they handle business, I can only imagine how bad the deal will be once they actually ( if ever) do respond. Don't waste your time with these guys. More

The purchase of this vehicle was one of the easiest and best I ever made in my forty years o buying cars both both salesman and finance manager kept me informed throughout the whole process. I think we can all agree that the car buying experience sucks, but this dealership made it SO MUCH WORSE. We test drove a car, liked it, sat down to look at the paperwork and there were a couple of add sucks, but this dealership made it SO MUCH WORSE. We test drove a car, liked it, sat down to look at the paperwork and there were a couple of additional fees (one being $400 for theft warranty; the car we wanted was not worthy of being stolen, so we asked to opt out). Our salesman told us he was unable to make that call and would need to talk to his sales manager, Greg. We had to wait about an hour for him to get with Greg because there was a line out the door with other salesmen waiting to speak with him. When we finally got our chance to speak with Greg, he spoke on end about stats related to the company, then he told us a long winded story about his family. After he finished all of his story telling, he told us no, they never waiver these fees. We asked why the salesman couldn’t have just told us that instead of making us wait over an hour to hear that and he said the salesman didn’t have authority to make that call?? Greg was extremely rude and tried reiterating the importance of the theft warranty, telling us how his son had his car stolen 7 years ago (who cares?). Unfortunately we did end up giving them our business because we were in a bind and did not have the luxury of time to keep shopping. Note to the Sales Manager (Greg): if you are going to waste customers valuable time, give them the discount. Otherwise, cut to the chase or give your salesmen autonomy to make these decisions. If you have time to keep shopping, I wouldn’t bother coming here. More
