mhghb251- When I hear of a customer having an experience you had, it literally makes me cringe. There is absolutely no excuse for Felipe not to be prepared and ready prior to your visit. We have over 800 vehicles in inventory and are an extremely high-volume dealer, but that does not give any of my sales associates a pass for not properly handling a customer.
