All our questions were answered. I personally like the no haggle policy as the price you see is what you pay. We had an existing offer for our trade in, and Emmons matched it. We came in with two loan offers, and Jimmy Cruz was able to get us a lower rate for the same terms. We were in a bind for time, so we had to leave for an appointment and come back to pick up the car.
