Bought a car without going to the dealership and was the most headache experience ever. Always waiting on paperwork, have to setup your own delivery and the car still hasn't left the dealership, I should of most headache experience ever. I had been looking around for a pre-owned Traverse for more than 2 months and hadn't found the right price so far. After finally finding Emmons online through my jobs benefits site, I was pleasantly surpr more than 2 months and hadn't found the right price so far. After finally finding Emmons online through my jobs benefits site, I was pleasantly surprised by the price!!! Almost $3000 less than any other comparable selection of what I had been looking at. I reached out to the dealership and got in touch with Donny. He was able to answer all my questions without any hassle and didn't seem to be with holding any hidden fees from the dealer or any markups. I quickly made an appointment to go the see the vehicle and see Donny in person and let me tell you, my wife and I had a seamless experience from start to finish. No haggle, no hassle pricing, everything priced to move and they detail and take care of the car so much more than other pre-owned dealers. The only lag part of the day was adding the car to my insurance on the weekend. I would recommend this place to anyone!!! And when I run this Traverse until the wheels fall off I know where to come back to get my next car. More
