My salesman, Shawn, Christopher and Edward in Finance, and Mr. Guile, the GM, are true professionals, and down to earth people. Not what you typically find at most dealerships. They remove all of the stress that usually comes with a large purchase and make it smooth and quick! I left the dealership with an excellent vehicle, at an excellent price, with excellent protection. It was a great experience all around. I test drove a used Honda CRV and the front end seemed to 'bounce' quite a bit, apparently due to a bad tire. Very sad to say that I am giving a one star. I really wanted to give 5 stars but one issues caused this what seemed like a great company to work with go from 5 to 1 with my appraisal. I was told in the wanted to give 5 stars but one issues caused this what seemed like a great company to work with go from 5 to 1 with my appraisal. I was told in the beginning of the process if I had an offer from Texas Direct Auto they would accept it and match it. In the end they did not. I gave them every opportunity to make this right but they just didn't. I still bought the truck because one I liked it and two I would have been in the negative if I took the trade in back to Texas Direct Auto due to the tax savings. Honestly, I think they knew that and therefore wouldn't make this right. So learn from me and my situation....if they say they are going to accept another appraisal PLEASE question the management as well and get them to put something in writing or be very mindful and keep a close eye on the "deal sheet". Other than this issues (which was a $1,000 issue) they seemed to be very nice and I hope they learn from this mistake. By the way, I am still open for them to correct this wrong. More
