Bought a 2012 Corvette with 33,000 miles everything with the car looked good. I drove it home 32 miles away before I even got home the car started squealing from the engine bay looked like it was coming fro the car looked good. It rained on the way home so maybe i thought it had something to do with that so before I freaked out i waited for the next day and the noise got worse. Contacted my salesman and he said he would get with the GM. I waited 4 days no response contacted salesman again and emailed GM personally early on the 4th day. So I decided to take my car to someone who specializes in corvette's so I chose Frank's corvettes they found that it was the harmonic balancer and there was an issue with the torque tube. $2800 cost to repair everything finally got a call back from the GM that night. Long story short he said I should have contacted him first and that he might not be able to do anything about it because who knows if the other company that fixed it was honest about the repairs. First off on your website it's states every car they sell is worry free no issues they do full inspection if so why is my having issues 20 miles after leaving dealership. So I further inspected the car on carfax they changed air filter, oil change, engine belts. Belts were changed looked like a new oil filter I don't know about the oil. But my air filter looked brand new but it was just forced into the box it sits so it’s damaged something else I replaced. Wish I could check oil and gas they probably didn't put the correct type. In other words there service center is garbage don't trust there inspections or there work. I also got a paper they did an alignment but whydoes the car pull to the right and I don't mean a little. So the GM called and offered me $400 all he can do i should have brought the car for him to fix but why would I there terrible . You can keep your $400 Great service never will go back or recommend this dealership. More
BEWARE! I went on their website to inquire on selling them my basically new truck. Their website made an offer and said to bring it in for inspection and finalize the deal. I arrived and waited over an hour before the GM, Greg, looked at the truck. They then called me to the salesman’s office who said the GM, Greg, offered 8k BELOW the online offer. Even the offer range on their website at the minimum was 5k more than Greg’s low ball offer. I requested to speak with Greg who confirmed the truck was basically new and he referred to it as a “wash and go” which means the vehicle needs no repairs or services and is good to go immediately upon being cleaned. I confronted Greg about the offer provided on his website and he wanted to play the typical lying sales tactics. I told him this type of business is bad business practice and he came up on his offer but still didn’t come close to what the online offer was, or even the bottom number of their offer range. Absolutely horrible place and business practice. Buyer and seller BEWARE. More
