I needed to buy 2 vehicles to replace 1 with high miles. I got my own financing arranged ahead of time. Test drove a Jeep and BMW. Eduardo was my salesman and he was nice enough. They first low balled me on my trade but came up when I got up to leave. Refused to negotiate on the purchase price of either vehicle. I moved ahead with the purchase. I asked for some dealership merchandise such as a ball cap or keychain and Eduardo would not give me anything. The Jeep was missing the drivers floormat and after Eduardo argued that the mat was there, he finally replaced it with a mat from a different model. A couple of days later noticed a slight squeal on the brakes on the BMW. Took it to the shop and discovered it needed almost $800 worth of work. Brakes, sensors, rotors, brake fluid and an oil change. My best advice to anyone reading this review is to take your potential vehicle for an inspection PRIOR to purchasing. And don't expect any dealer merchandise for advertising. I will be removing their logo from both vehicles. Was contacted by the GM (Greg) and was told that the 4mm left on the brake pads was plenty and they only change brakes when they have less than 3mm so the dealership would not reimburse me nor would they have changed the brakes to begin with. Greg did offer me a ball cap and the floormat. Pitiful. Shop elsewhere. More
