Emmons Autoplex

I saw a vehicle on line that I was interested in at Emmons Autoplex. So I drove over there. The only person who spoke to me was the receptionist. No one and I mean NO ONE other than the receptionist ha Emmons Autoplex. So I drove over there. The only person who spoke to me was the receptionist. When I walked into Emmons, I got a lot of interesting looks but anyway….The receptionist who was professional and kind, asked for my TDL and phone number in the event that I wanted to go on a test drive. I gave it to her. Then she called a salesman to the front to assist me. He asked what vehicle I was interested in, I told him. He said that he would get the key and be right back. I took a seat in the waiting area. Approximately 15 minutes later, the salesman came and informed me that the vehicle was being detailed and wasn’t available to be shown. He also said that he would be giving me a call when it’s ready. I said okay and left. Waste of time. That must be some kinda detail job, because I’m still waiting on that call. But never mind. I didn’t care for the “energy” or lack there of, when I walked into that establishment. Lesson learned, do business where you’re appreciated. More
