I took my VW convertible beetle in because the top would not work I got a quote for $7,000.00 with $1,500,00 being parts. Seems a bit excessive in labor costs. not work I got a quote for $7,000.00 with $1,500,00 being parts. Seems a bit excessive in labor costs. More
Staff very friendly and efficient. I love the video recordings of the service. Worth the drive from the mountain communities. I love the video recordings of the service. Worth the drive from the mountain communities. More
I purchased a 2020 Tiguan with 17,000 miles on it in May and within a few days had brake problems. I took it in for service at Emich a few days later and they said the brakes were fine, just wet and squeaky and within a few days had brake problems. I took it in for service at Emich a few days later and they said the brakes were fine, just wet and squeaky from all the rain. The brake problems persisted and actually got worse so I took it in again and the service department said I needed to have my brakes (rotors and pads) replaced. I had only put a few thousand miles on the car over the summer and from what I read, rotors and brakes don't need replacement until around 50,000 miles. So, they either sold me a car with brake issues or they were not being honest about them needing replacement. I asked if they could do the replacement at no cost since I just purchased it and they did not charge me the first time for the inspection and they refused. This was after I spent $1,300 to have the oil pan replaced that I could not afford and had to take out a loan to pay. More
