Amazing Service Department I bought my car with the Auto Armor Package and Javier did an amazing job at making sure everything looked beautiful and my car was done right. When things didn't look perfect to him the first time, he actually stopped me and asked if they could try again. I was blown away by the fact that he didn't just let me go because it is something that I may not have noticed. The next time I came back it was done quickly (way faster than I had anticipated) and everything was sparkling and beautiful. Javier was very nice and spent time with me to make sure I was satisfied. Sales staff great, service department a bad joke I bought a 2018 Golf from Nermina less than a year ago and she was absolutely great to work with. Her approach and customer service were outstanding. Unfortunately, less than a year later (and less than 8000 miles) my brakes and rotors are wrecked. Truly, metal on metal. The service department called this “NORMAL wear and tear" without a second thought and was all too eager to charge me more than plenty to fix this obvious manufacturer defect. I called the VW group of America for help looking further into this issue and they came to the conclusion that they were going to rely on the expert opinion of my service tech. His opinion was that it's normal for brakes and rotors to be ruined after 7900 miles. This tech, by the way, hasn't been to work all week. I dropped my car off on April 16th. No work had actually been performed on my car until the 23rd. Apparently, this is because the tech who is loaning his expert opinion to VW America hasn't been around to either work on my car or give an expert opinion! I'm not sure who is actually communicating to VW America about my manufacturer defect, but it's all too obvious that both VW America and Emich are not looking out for their customers. This is my second VW, the last one being a TDI Jetta. After the TDI scandal and this situation, it's safe to say that no one should buy a VW. Especially, one shouldn't buy and expect reliable service from Emich VW. More

We were a bit pressed for time because we were leaving town. After speaking to Milo, and getting nowhere in expediting this simple matter, I was transferred to Todd. Todd said he would take care of this matter promptly. Unfortunately, Todd did not live up to his statements. I would recommend Tynans VW as the service and professionalism at Emich is lacking. I would note the many complaints in this regard. Hopefully, ownership will work to address the complaints. When we did get the car back they had a list of recommended repairs. Up selling is really disgusting to me and I do not appreciate it. eware. More
Great sales experience. Horrible maintenance Went for first maintenance for oil change and rotate tires. Ask service guy numerous times ,"were tires rotated" yes. Not rotated, I marked them. Glove box door was jammed. Had mechanic come check. He said I noticed hard to shut. I recommended reseating air filter. Door closed fine. CERTIFIED MECHANIC ?????? Can not recommend. Weird experience Went to get a new battery installed in my fob.Left the car with service. Didn't realize anything was wrong till I reached for my lumbar support handle Went to get a new battery installed in my fob.Left the car with service. Didn't realize anything was wrong till I reached for my lumbar support handle and realized that my handle was missing and had been thrown on the floor in front of the back seat. Also, noted that someone had taken the back seat behind the driver and pulled it out of place. I was able to repair both of these items on my own. Obviously somebody I pissed someone off at the service department. I didn't think I was that demanding. After this experience I wouldn't recommend this service department to anybody. I don't need my car getting vandalized at a service department. The car getting worked on was a 2017 Alltrack. More
Restored faith in the VW company I really appreciated that we were not made to feel like a burden for receiving service w/o prior appointment. Secondly, I had been debating where to take our 2016 Jetta for servicing after our degrading experience with the El Paso Hoy VW back in March 2016. My daughter was not only yelled at by Jennifer S. & her staff at the service center, but their supervisor never returned my calls. What a difference with this center! Everyone from the desk service (Colt, young man that assisted us) to the two shuttle drivers were extremely friendly & courteous . Colt kept us posted when the work was done, explained the work that was done, and even provided a voucher for a free car wash. Because of the excellent service from these individuals, our faith with VW has been restored!! More
Three strikes and you're out I went to this dealership on Saturday to have my winter tires and rims installed. Whoever parked my car damaged the front end.
