My wife and I were making a cross-country trip from Los Angeles to New York. About thirty miles out on 70, we experienced a critical issue with our 2019 golf. When dropping my car off at the service center, checking in was a breeze and straightforward and the dealer even set up an Uber to get me back to work. The work to be performed was addressed in a video whic in was a breeze and straightforward and the dealer even set up an Uber to get me back to work. The work to be performed was addressed in a video which made it much easier to see the scope of the work needed. The price is, well, spendy, but the work was completed. The only area where I there is room for improvement here was the pickup. The receptionist sent me over to the service center offices where I had to awkwardly loom while waiting for a representative to become available. Why can't I check in with the receptionist, who could add me to a queue from which the next available service representative would be able to find me? It would be far less awkward and much more streamlined. That said, I really appreciated the Uber back to the dealership. More
Milo the service director made attempts to scam me out of money. I left my car with them on 4 separate occasions until the check engine light was finally diagnosed and fixed. Upon return of my vehicle the po money. I left my car with them on 4 separate occasions until the check engine light was finally diagnosed and fixed. Upon return of my vehicle the power to right mirror no longer works. I advised Milo of this issue and he immediately gave me excuse after excuse. Days later Milo advised me the problem was diagnosed “for free” and the issue is a dead motor. That’s completely inaccurate because the motor works to bring the mirror up and down but no longer works left and right. I was lied to time and time again then told I would need to spend $650 + taxes to get my mirror back to working condition. It’s clear nobody ever attempted to diagnose the mirror after breaking it and I was never informed of it being broken in the first place. More
