I don't know why other local VW dealerships say they can't take my car in for service till next week when Emich VW gets me in and changes my water pump that same day. It's my only vehicle, what am I su can't take my car in for service till next week when Emich VW gets me in and changes my water pump that same day. It's my only vehicle, what am I supposed to do without a car for a week without a loaner? Twice this year, this service department has saved me by getting me in and out quickly. Very grateful. Was disappointed that car was returned as dirty as it was brought in after $3800 worth of mechanical and bodywork. Back cover to trunk was left in backseat and not put back in place. Only minor issue, the car wasn't fully detailed/inspected, well worn screw in tire from delivery and dealer sticker residue on rear hatch from a prev Only minor issue, the car wasn't fully detailed/inspected, well worn screw in tire from delivery and dealer sticker residue on rear hatch from a previous dealer who transferred car to Emich. Sticky residue around door jambs as well. A full clay bar detail was needed by me to get this new car back in new shape. They did repair some minor hail damages the car had from the sales lot, which was a smooth process as well. More
