I worked with Enoch (salesman, who was nice) on a used minivan, which while it wasn’t perfect, or priced very well.. it was a reasonable cost in current crazy circumstances. The process was quick enou minivan, which while it wasn’t perfect, or priced very well.. it was a reasonable cost in current crazy circumstances. The process was quick enough, my only reason for 2 stars is the finance guy. Not impressed. Slick sales of crappy extend warranties. When you turn them down, they become curt and dismissive... meh. After purchasing an Audi S4 from Emich Volkswagen on Feb. 12th, I waited over 3 weeks to get the paperwork sent to me (so I could put the title in my name, and register the vehicle). I finally had to light a 12th, I waited over 3 weeks to get the paperwork sent to me (so I could put the title in my name, and register the vehicle). I finally had to light a fire under them to get them to do send it. Then, when I went to my local DMV to present the paperwork, the lady there said it had not been filled out properly. So--I had to drive 25 minutes to Emich, only to find that the woman who handled the title work had left for the day (this was just after 4 pm). I left the paperwork with a manager, who assured me that it would get taken care of first thing the following day. After hearing nothing from them by 3 pm, I tried calling the title/papework lady, but--surprise!--no answer, so I left a message and sent her an email. So far...nothing. What is particularly galling about this is that they feel perfectly justified in charging their customers a b.s. $600 paperwork fee (for the "privilege" of doing business with them), but they can't even get that right. And even after promising to set things straight, they are basically ignoring me, so I'm still left hanging, with no paperwork, a month and a half after purchasing the vehicle. More
