Smooth purchasing process with professional service. Only minor issue, the car wasn't fully detailed/inspected, well worn screw in tire from delivery and dealer sticker residue on rear hatch from a prev Only minor issue, the car wasn't fully detailed/inspected, well worn screw in tire from delivery and dealer sticker residue on rear hatch from a previous dealer who transferred car to Emich. Sticky residue around door jambs as well. A full clay bar detail was needed by me to get this new car back in new shape. They did repair some minor hail damages the car had from the sales lot, which was a smooth process as well. More
