I don't know why other local VW dealerships say they can't take my car in for service till next week when Emich VW gets me in and changes my water pump that same day. It's my only vehicle, what am I su can't take my car in for service till next week when Emich VW gets me in and changes my water pump that same day. It's my only vehicle, what am I supposed to do without a car for a week without a loaner? Twice this year, this service department has saved me by getting me in and out quickly. Very grateful.
