My impression is that the Service department was thorough in inspecting the used car we ended up buying, and forthcoming about the work it needed to have done (at dealer expense). All terms of the deal we negotiated were clearly expressed and followed-up on to our satisfaction. We've hardly driven the car since we took possession, so I don't feel we can comment on the quality of the repairs undertaken by the service department, but so far everything seems fine on one trip around town. The same applies to my 4 rather than 5 on Price. It seemed a fair price, but only a longer ownership experience will tell me if we got an exceptionally good used car for the money. More

After I bought the car Rich Moss took over an hour of his time showing me how everything worked, setting up the Navi, bluetooth, etc. I got the TDI Golf for a great price too. I was really impressed with my salesperson, Chris Montz, and his knowledge of VW. The price on my certified pre-owned Jetta was impossible to beat. It was priced very competitively (well below book and the best-priced car of that make/model/year/miles I could find in a statewide online search) which also helped me feel confident that I was getting the best possible deal. I am really happy with my new car, and very satisfied with my experience at Gebhardt. I highly recommend them if you want a simple, upfront buying experience with honest, knowledgeable salespeople.
