The dealership offered one of the best prices in the Denver metro area for the car I wanted. Also they were able to get a better interest rate then I had been pre-approved for. I brought my car in with a check engine light. They were prompt at checking me in and accommodating to my schedule. Diagnosis was done and I was called back with results. Upon my approval of the repairs required (cooling temperature sensor) they got right to work on the fix. Car was ready (and cleaned) when I arrived first thing in the morning as I was told it would be. I was very impressed with the service consultant and her handling of my issue. I had also been in 2 weeks prior at the end of the day with a dying battery and the same service consultant got a new battery installed (she was able to get a tech to stay late). They were also $75 less than the other local VW dealer with a much better attitude! I highly recommend the Gebhardt service department and will plan on scheduling maintenance with them in the future.
