Excellent Communication! I brought my car in knowing that it hasn't had a service in more than 10 years and it was time. My 2004 Jetta was leaking oil and the engine panels were sagging to the ground. Stefan was my adviser and he was awesome! The communication was through the roof! He explained everything that needed to be done to my car and how much it was going to cost up front so I wouldn't be surprised at the bill. He waited for my approval first before the techs started working on my car, encase I wasn't ok with the cost. They had my car for a few days but he asked first if it was ok to keep the car. I have never experienced such great communication with someone in the car service industry, so he was definitely a breath of fresh air. I will for sure be going back to them for service, as well as, recommending my fellow Volks owners to them for service too. More

All the Gebhardt departments are great: sales, finance, service, parts...But over time, I had forgotten the happy details of the purchase experience. So when I decided to expand from my sedan to an AWD SUV, of course I came to Gebhardt. Well, a call from Shawn Scott in Gebhardt’s Business office prompted the visit as he helped make me aware of current VW incentives. And it also helps that I know my sales team. On many a Saturday, over the past 3 years, Bill Lloyd or Rich Moss (or Jerry Bases) were around to answer questions, give advice, or even help to pair a new phone with my car! Saturday was a perfect time to look over the new products, as Saturday was the day to bring my Jetta in for its life-of-the-car FREE carwash that Gebhardt offers its customers. And now, for the second time, I worked with Bill Lloyd and Rich Moss to get into a new vehicle. Rich accompanied me on my test drive, and I must say he is the best car salesman that I have ever worked with in my 16 new car purchases. He is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, gives straight answers, can put the car through its paces, and knows his product. Usually buying a car is not one of my favorite things, but Rich makes it fun. Cody Newman, Finance Manager, provided me with clear enough information that for the first time ever, I truly understand the facts and figures. I could even make informed decisions about aftermarket offerings. My Tiguan is a great SUV and I expect to enjoy it AND stay in the Gebhardt family for many years to come. -4th Time VW Owner, Laura More
I have a 2014 Wolfsburg GTI I originally started "Web Shopping", and decided it was time to be a bit more serious about what I was intending to do. I inquired about the car fr I originally started "Web Shopping", and decided it was time to be a bit more serious about what I was intending to do. I inquired about the car from the web and was first auto responded to by another Sales person. There was an job shift of some sort going on, but Rich was put on the job. My experience with Rich was very pleasant and non pressure. Initially we were just discussing, via email, when I could come in and test drive the GTI. When we agreed on an approximate time, it was set. When I parked my old car, and walked into the facility, there was a GTI waiting to be test driven. Though I did not know that for sure, it was a nice presentation. Rich's explanation of features and power of the car were detailed and precise. Once I had decided this was the car for me, we went back into the facility and started the paperwork. The car was sent back into the service area to be detailed and handed over. The paperwork was finished, yet the car had not come out of service. A service person brought the car out and explained that they had found the rear bumper had slight paint damage. They came to me and explained the process of what it would take to fix the blemish. With a slight pit in my stomach, I became hesitant.....only in my own mind really. And, before the words came to be expressed, Rich suggested that there was another GTI of the very same model in the lot and that if it was ok with me, they would change the cars and detail the replacement. NICE!!! I was introduced to the Service Department and explanations and details of service offerings were made. I was introduced to to Carol Gebhardt the GM. This was a very easy and painless buying experience. I enjoy my new Wolfsburg GTI. Thanks, Robby Mann More
From the appointment phone call to the point of leaving after the service, everything went perfectly and left NO areas for improvement. I can't think of a single thing that could have been performed bette after the service, everything went perfectly and left NO areas for improvement. This was the 30 day check up on our new Passat.
