Aaron made all the difference. I honestly felt from my first phone call with Aaron, that I wanted to work with him. Other dealers were trying to beat the price of a Denver dealer, a I honestly felt from my first phone call with Aaron, that I wanted to work with him. Other dealers were trying to beat the price of a Denver dealer, and I spoke frankly with Aaron, that he would need to beat it by at lest 200-300 for me to drive to Boulder to buy his car. Surprisingly he returned my call, when he said he would, he beat the price by 300 and offered my 18 year old daughter a 1.9% 10k loan so she could build credit. Aaron drove to Ft. Collins to buy the car and drive it back and had it detailed prior to our arrival. He never pressured me when I was trying to get the best price and explained that I was being a smart consumer to keep dealing to get the best price. When we were at the dealership buying the car, Aaron went over the top by gifting my daughter and I with VW ball caps, and all the extras including rubber mats, and a couple microfiber clothes to take care of the vehicle. He introduced us with the Service Dept to acquaint us with the process of FREE car washes every Saturday, and the basics of the warranty. I feel I got the best price, had a great experience and taught my daughter that buying a car isn't difficult. Thank you Aaron. More

I talked to rich moss who showed me the cars I was interested in. I found him to be very honest and a helpful person. On that particular day, we had already been to many dealerships and were tired of their usual nonsensical ways. Which is why this was a pleasant surprise. We actually made our decision fairly quickly. We were given enough time to think and the car we bought was very clean, certified and in great condition. Rich explained us many things about the vehicle and was very engaged throughout the process. I honestly- would love to buy my second car here too, simply because I can be certain I will be treated right. Rich checked in on us the next day as well to make sure things are looking good and offered us his direct contact as well, in case there is ever any issue. That was a very helpful gesture on his part. I have already recommended this to two more of my friends who are in the market. More
