Brought my car in with a flat tire and bad rim the attendant Bret Carter I believe told me he would have the car ready in a few days but it took over 5 days which was fine. But after I got the car bac attendant Bret Carter I believe told me he would have the car ready in a few days but it took over 5 days which was fine. But after I got the car back there was a giant crack in the windshield that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. When I pointed it out to the service team they said there’s nothing they can do and it’s not their faults it was a rock. I then asked for a quote to fix it and got nothing. Anyway I would never bring my car back here to get fixed again I would rather go to Peak Kia they seem more straightforward there on timelines and responsibilities of holding someone’s car. More

I took my car in for a simple oil change and found the service exceptional! The technician even sent a video of the underside of my vehicle; they check for wear, leaks and possible trouble spots.
