Meredith, Per our conversation on the phone the "She" you are referring to does not work for Emich. She is the Corporate rep from Kia America. We would love nothing more than for Kia to pay us to install a new motor, but your claim was declined because the vehicle was not serviced at a Kia therefore the necessary software updates were never done. We are here to help, but do not have control over Kia corporates decisions.
