I did not lease my Sorento from Emich but reserved a spot for a recall notice. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. Matt called me early in the afternoon to inform me my car was ready and what they did. When I picked up my car I was again greeted pleasantly and Matt walked me out to my car. What a great experience and I highly recommend this dealership! More

Your center has no equipment to buff the paint where my car was scratched damaged and damaged by a tool that was used to break into it. I can’t get these repairs completed unless I reopen my claim and find car was scratched damaged and damaged by a tool that was used to break into it. I can’t get these repairs completed unless I reopen my claim and find a different Kia dealership that can do this. I’ve had my paint buffed at other Kia dealerships several times and they were all equipped for it. You also have no car wash so I can’t see my repairs when my car is fixed on the outside. This is only dealership I’ve been to that does not have the nessacary equipment that is needed to car repairs and car washes. I would not recommend this location for any kind of repairs only for maintenance like basic oil changes. Very disappointing. More
