My credit became a real nasty issue after a bad medical incident and some leave from work. I am still trying to get many things current since getting back on my feet. Other deals wouldn't give me the time of day but Gary brought me in, and clearly did a lot of work to get things to go our way. Go see Gary! More
Sales and management staff were very helpful Gary was not able to get me financed which given my credit history and the amount I had available for a down payment is entirely understandable. HOWEV Gary was not able to get me financed which given my credit history and the amount I had available for a down payment is entirely understandable. HOWEVER, when I asked him if he could explain why I was unable to be approved, he quickly scanned through a bank form that stated the sale price was almost $5,000 above the actual price. Stating that after 5,500 down I would be financing 19,500. The price of the car was 19,999 before any negotiating (which he refused to even discuss). When I asked him how this was possible he said "taxes and fees" and quite literally yelled at me while being as degrading and beligerent as possible. Taxes and fees for a car that costs $19,999 should be roughly $2,000, meaning after a down payment of $5,500 there should be $17,000 financed. Given there could have been a misunderstanding on my part somewhere in there, that does not excuse the fact that Gary yelled at me, and personally belittled my intelligence. (Edited) After Brian Overton followed up with me and explained the pricing and has been more than helpful in continuing to try and make the experience a positive one I changed my overall outlook on the dealership. Besides the ongoing effort to make the deal work, he also got me a full tank of gas! Overall, great dealership, with great people. Gary must have been having a bad day, I don't know, but the professional and caring effort to make this right speaks volumes. More

Extremely clean, great service inspection, all the options I wanted and they worked directly with my local credit union. The buying process was simple, and stress free. I got a terrific deal on a warranty and I am very happy with my purchase. The finance team, especially Clarissa, were all helpful. After the sale I pull out to leave and notice my rear tire is low. The owner, Colt, came out and personally filled up all four of my tires. I thought that was pretty awesome. I would recommend coming here both in the quality of their vehicles and in their customer service. More
Great transaction! I saw a great looking car on the Emich lot and since we had been talking about getting a different car I stopped in. Dan Conklin, a salesperson, happ I saw a great looking car on the Emich lot and since we had been talking about getting a different car I stopped in. Dan Conklin, a salesperson, happened to be outside and offered assistance. We took a drive and Dan was informative and pleasant. That car wasn’t right for me, but, as luck would have it, a few days later I saw another car at Emich that looked great. I called Dan and he jumped through a lot of hoops to make the deal happen. From start to finish the people at Emich on Colorado Blvd. with their beautiful selection of pre-owned cars, were everything you’d want your sales force to be. Dan was well informed, accommodating every request I made including allowing me to take the car to a dealership to be inspected. Their trade-in valuation was fair, and the price on my purchase was reasonable. I was able to deal with Dan all the way through the transaction as opposed to some dealerships that take you in a room with the “closer” and apply pressure to get the deal done. I never felt any pressure from Dan or anyone else. This was the easiest (for me) car purchase I’ve had the pleasure of being involved in. And, I love my new car!
