While the sales representative was nice and the dealership was flexible with us coming in late in the evening, they installed an aftermarket alarm system and failed to turn it off. Because we had just purchased the vehicle and the sales and finance representatives we spoke with decided not to finish any paperwork before going home, I was stranded in a dangerous part of town with no way to start my vehicle for 2 hours with no response from Emich to resolve the issue they caused. Cannot recommend. More

Brought my car in with a flat tire and bad rim the attendant Bret Carter I believe told me he would have the car ready in a few days but it took over 5 days which was fine. But after I got the car bac attendant Bret Carter I believe told me he would have the car ready in a few days but it took over 5 days which was fine. But after I got the car back there was a giant crack in the windshield that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. When I pointed it out to the service team they said there’s nothing they can do and it’s not their faults it was a rock. I then asked for a quote to fix it and got nothing. Anyway I would never bring my car back here to get fixed again I would rather go to Peak Kia they seem more straightforward there on timelines and responsibilities of holding someone’s car. More
