Did not like paying forced $3,000 mile high protection plan coming from factory. Waiting for second key till after purchase is ??? all new cars should have two upon payment & delivery not whenever from plan coming from factory. My state of Colorado requires front/back licence plates, I have no attachment on the Front. In closing I might put 5,000 miles in a year, could lose my only key in 1 month, violate state policy? Auto purchased 10-8-2022. I know nothing of the other staff, Tony in sales and Jason in parts, they seem to be an asset towards my purchase at this time. More

Emich Kia was great at getting my 2013 Optima engine replaced by Kia after receiving a diagnostics code P1329. They gave me a loaner car and Bret and Jeremy with the service team were very pleasant to replaced by Kia after receiving a diagnostics code P1329. They refused to fix my engine (that randomly stopped working on a barely 5 year old car) because I didn’t get two recalls serviced. Oh, because that makes sense.. I should have to pay for a brand new en working on a barely 5 year old car) because I didn’t get two recalls serviced. Oh, because that makes sense.. I should have to pay for a brand new engine that is Kia’s fault, for two other things that were also Kia’s fault. Love it. Also, the lady in charge of decision making here sounds absolutely unbearable to work with. I’m never getting a Kia again. More
