Absolutely the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. We had an offer to purchase. My son wanted to think about overnight because it was a major purchase. Already had a pre approval from his credit union and we went back the next day to do the deal. Now all of a sudden they needed to see the trade??? Nothing was ever said prior to us coming in. Trade went from 29000 to 27500. Then they stated they didn’t even want the trade. 2018 Tesla 3 lr awd with low miles. Sales manager was very rude and disrespectful. We left. Went to corwin Toyota. Same car. Less money and we got 29500 for the trade. Good luck on selling your 4 matching white teslas. Save your time and shop elsewhere More

Excellent communication and very true to his word on pricing. The current tax incentives, discounts, and available financing for EV vehicles is a bit confusing right now and Colt made it simple and I tr pricing. I enjoyed my experience car shopping (and purchasing from this dealer). They were very helpful, let me test drive vehicles multiple times, didn't pressure me, and offered a decent discount (considering the this dealer). After an unsatisfactory, drawn-out experience at a different Kia dealership—and reading their bad reviews on this site—I decided (luckily before work was started) to have my Soul towed from there to E different Kia dealership—and reading their bad reviews on this site—I decided (luckily before work was started) to have my Soul towed from there to Emich Kia, and what a relief! The Emich service department was instantly responsive and accommodating, including advising me that I could have my car towed free of charge using Kia Roadside Assistance. The next morning I was told the results of the diagnostic, that repairs were covered by warranty, and I would be given a loaner later that day. Jennifer, the service advisor, is a ROCK STAR!! She is absolutely the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with. EVER. On a different issue, I was also very happy with Emich’s parts department. Soon I will be moving across town, but will still bring my car to Emich for service. More
