Being in my 60s I have had the experience of purchasing many cars. This includes all of the US producers, and the majority of European and Asian brands. The experience I recently had with Emich Kia many cars. This includes all of the US producers, and the majority of European and Asian brands. The experience I recently had with Emich Kia was one of the best. This transaction should have been the most difficult, but it was not. Our daughter recently moved to Colorado Springs, and needed to replace her car. She had never purchased a car on her own, and asked me to help her. I was a bit concerned on my ability to do so, now that I live in another country. Having identified the vehicle she wanted, we found several suitable offers on the internet. Two of these were near her home in Colorado Springs. We thought this would be the most convenient option. As I continued the search I found an excellent option in the Denver area. Both of us were a little concerned with her pursuing this option, as it could be more challenging and involve more time spent. I called the dealership and had a lengthy discussion with Colton . I immediately felt very comfortable with this individual, and discussed my experience with my daughter. Although skeptical at first, she soon agreed that what this dealership was offering was worth evaluating. She agreed to drive to Denver to see the car and meet with the sales person. She quicklly felt very comfortable with this dealership. She also agreed the it was by far the best car and deal she had seen. After a brief and very uneventful process, she purchased the vehicle and drove it back to Colorado Springs. She had not expected such a positive experience, and had been very doubtful that it would result in buying the car from them. A month later, she could not be happier with the car, or with her experience with Emich Kia. Both of us would enthusiastically recommend this dealership. More

They weren't knowable enough about their own product line to know a hitch for a 2022 Telluride would not fit on a 2023. Wasted half a day dropping off/picking up a car they couldn't work on. Absolutely the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. We had an offer to purchase. My son wanted to think about overnight because it was a major purchase. Trade went from 29000 to 27500. Then they stated they didn’t even want the trade. 2018 Tesla 3 lr awd with low miles. Sales manager was very rude and disrespectful. We left. Went to corwin Toyota. Same car. Less money and we got 29500 for the trade. Good luck on selling your 4 matching white teslas. Save your time and shop elsewhere More
