I just got back from my first oil change service with my C8 and although it started off rough as I pulled in and a big guy in his late 20's with a hat on wouldn't tell me where to stop my car as I was signa C8 and although it started off rough as I pulled in and a big guy in his late 20's with a hat on wouldn't tell me where to stop my car as I was signaling to him but instead just starred at me 5 feet from my car, kinda weird. Thank God Chole jumped in and saved the day, she was amazing. Nice, curteous, kind I could keep going, profession, thorough, anyway you get the picture then she went to lunch and Mathew took over who was at lunch when I pulled up and he was awesome as well! I'm definately going back because of these 2. I was going to give a 4 stars because of the way things started but nope can't do it because of Chole and Mathew 5 stars! More
Very very poor communication by Matthew service writer, and Jeff. The service manager agreed with the service writer. I was told since I am not pay the bill that someone else is paying the bill even though and Jeff. The service manager agreed with the service writer. Said if I’m not paying the bill, they could care less to tell me what is wrong with my vehicle. Originally they told me if he died in two days, a week later, they’re still playing games. I recently bought the vehicle from another dealership, and the other dealership is paying the bill for the repairs. More
Do not take your vehicle to Emich Service department for any repair. They worked on my 2017 Silverado in June of 2021 to replace a pinion gear seal, cost was about $380, first quote was $175. Now I have t any repair. They worked on my 2017 Silverado in June of 2021 to replace a pinion gear seal, cost was about $380, first quote was $175. Now I have to have the differential rebuilt for $2700!!! Emich should have checked out the differential in more detail or not over torch the nut holding the crush sleeve which sets the pressure on the gears per the tech who repaired the differential at a separate dealership. Now of course Emich Will not take ownership of causing the bigger problem. Sent from my iPhone More
Horrible customer service, long wait times, vehicle misdiagnosed and what I was told is under warranty they say isn't because the vehicle was in an accident. Service dept Took my truck in for a oil change and tire rotation. I was told by Erin Stockman that it would be 1 hr 20 mins. She had a attitude like either take it or leave it. I asked about a problem that my truck is having and asked if I could bring it in on a Saturday and she said during the week would be better. I said I couldn’t because I use my truck for work and she informed me that we all have to work. So they took my truck back, 1 hr 45 mins later I walked up to Erin to see if it was done and she said coming soon. 2hrs & 25 mins later I went back out to the service desk and talked to another service advisor because Erin went home. He told me that they were waiting for paperwork and he comped my oil change because of the time it took. I would think that since the service advisor is the first person the customer sees, that you wouldn’t have such a rude person as Erin as a service advisor. From talking to other people around there. I guess that it just wasn’t me that she treated like dirt. More
Beware Terrible experience overall. I purchased a new 2017 Chevy Colorado with the midnight package about 9 months this ago from Emich. At the time of purcha Terrible experience overall. At the time of purchase they recommended a few tonneau covers that they stock and install Two weeks after my purchase they installed my tonneau cover and it has failed to work ever since. I don't have much use for a truck without a working tonneau cover. It just comes undone while I am driving down the road. I have lost nearly 1k worth of personal belongings because they have been unable to fix it. It has been in their shop for 14 days overall since I purchased my truck....just for the tonneau cover which they still have not fixed. I couldn't get anyone to call me back without leaving several messages. Now they are not returning my calls at all. Still waiting for Mike the General Manager to call me after leaving him two messages over one week ago. Don't buy here. You will regret it. I certainly do. More
Emich Service We had been using another dealership to service our Chevrolets and were not at all satisfied. We thought we would give Emich a try. Since purchasing o We had been using another dealership to service our Chevrolets and were not at all satisfied. We thought we would give Emich a try. Since purchasing our NEW diesel Colorado a year ago from a different dealership, every time we went on long trips we were faced with warning messages and engine lights and forced to find the closest dealership that would just clear the messages before the vehicle went into limp mode. When I got to the Service Center I was greeted by a Service Advisor named Erin Stockman. Since I had been having issues I was already upset when I walked in the door. She advised me that with no indicator lights or messages in the computer it might be difficult to diagnose, but to leave it with them. Erin said that Emich has a mechanic who owns a diesel Colorado and he could give it a look. I was not confident that they would find anything as we had been down this road before with no answers and no satisfaction. About an hour and a half later, to my surprise, I got a phone call saying that they found a bad DEF injector. They replaced the injector and I picked the truck up the next day. We recently went on a 1400 mile trip with no issues! It was such a relief that I stopped at the Emich Service Dept. and gave Erin a kudos, and asked her to give the same to the mechanic who worked on the truck. Would highly recommend this service department! Thank you Emich! More
