Went pretty well. I am not positive on what all was completed as my traverse was confused with another ladies. So I am not sure what they originally told me was done o I am not positive on what all was completed as my traverse was confused with another ladies. So I am not sure what they originally told me was done on it was all accurate or was it based off of the traverse they thought was mine at first. Some confusion there even when I tried to clarify. My tires were not rotated because they couldn’t find my tool but it was just in the back of my traverse in the tire storage compartment. I’m not disappointed but just am not confident on what was all done and if there is anything I should know about besides still needing to get the tires rotated. After four hours of being there I think I should feel more confident about what all was accomplished More

They did the job but the total cost was insane for just a battery. I thought the diagnostic fee would be waived since I had the battery replaced there. Most places can diagnose a battery for free. Also my wife called at one point to check on my car she didn't know I was already in contact with you guys and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude to her. More
