Just had 4200 dollars worth of work done on my truck. Got it back. Drove 30 miles. Heard a weird clunking noise on the tire. Took cap off and 2 of the luggage nuts have fallen off the tire. I was in two weeks ago for oil change, tire rotation and to have tire sensor checked/changed. Oil change and tire rotation were completed. I was told that they didn't have the right sensor in stock, but he to have tire sensor checked/changed. Oil change and tire rotation were completed. I used to go to Stevinson because it was close to work. Changed to Emich because it is close to home. Last time in I had an appointment to change another tire sensor, but a few people had called out and had to move my appointment out a day. As convenient as Emich is for proximity, I'm considering traveling an extra 30 minutes to go to Stevinson. More
The person who made my appointment told me that I would be able to get a shuttle ride home from the appointment. This was against the dealership policy and left me stranded. Did I ever have my truck in there for Service at Emich Chevrolet? I far as I know I never did get Service there. What is READ there? Nothing matter what I say. When I purchased this Tuck I as well as the DEALER knew it was used. But why on the 120 point inspection was key things missing? Air Filter was on this Inspection list. I know for a FACT it was never looked at. I found it full of LEAVES, So NOONE EVERY LOOKED AT IT. THAT SUCKS. Second issue the Right Body Door frame was damaged. NO one DISCLOSED THAT TO ME BLOW ME OFF. When I did tell them. Said to me this was a USED TRUCK you should expect things like this? THAT IS BODY DAMAGE. So why was i told go away get it fix on your Dime. If the simple things of Air Filter are not inspected, why would I expect the Right-side Body Damage to be seen? NO ONE THEIR cares about Inspections on USED AUTOS. So, screw off then. Why would I trust the Service department to do an Oil Change and Filter when they can't do inspections on used autos? More
