Have loved this dealership ever since I purchased my first new car back in 2004. Now, with a different Chevrolet and after a different dealership and plan with them, I’m back at Emich for any service I first new car back in 2004. Although the staff has certainly changed, it’s still the Chevy service center I feel most comfortable at. It was a pleasure to meet Matt Gordon and Co. as well. oil change is prompt and well done. this is the 2nd oil change in a row that i have had to return for additional service. the 1st time, they damaged the oil drain plug and had to have i this is the 2nd oil change in a row that i have had to return for additional service. the 1st time, they damaged the oil drain plug and had to have it replaced after it drained on my driveway.... this week i had to return because they didnt put my lug nut key back in the truck. love staying with chevy dealers, but will probably try elway next time!
