My sales person, Tom Morton, was professional, friendly, not at all pressuring. Knowledgeable about the truck features and the prevailing economic world. It was supposed to be a fix of a recall but at some point the grill was damaged and now needs to be replaced before the recall can be fixed. I have only taken my Sierra to GM certified shops and only to one the grill was damaged and now needs to be replaced before the recall can be fixed. I have only taken my Sierra to GM certified shops and only to one other location which was for a software update and oil change so I’d doubt they did anything to the grill. I use this truck to make money via renting it out and I cannot re-list it until the recall is fixed. As a result I’m loosing hundreds of dollars each week. When I took it in for the recall remedy I was told it couldn’t be completed and I’d have to wait till the new grill was installed. I was told it would arrive the following week. Although upset I accepted it and waited till the following week. I was never contacted so at the end of that following week I reached out and I was told there is no eta available for the grill. I don’t understand how I went from being told it would arrive the following week to now it has no ETA available at all. Now I’m loosing thousands of dollars over this and I haven’t received an update in almost 2 weeks. Even when I have received one it was after I’d inquired via text. I haven’t been contacted once without reaching out to get an update first. I haven’t been given a time frame or any idea of when it will arrive and I just don’t think any of this is acceptable. Especially since it could only have been damaged by a mechanic who’s worked on it. I’m not sure if a camera can see that a peg was broken when put back together at a previous service, but if it had to be taken off before for any reason, then that explains why it’s damaged. Nobody is explaining or taking responsibility and now I’m out thousands of dollars with no end in sight. I’m never buying a GM vehicle again and I recommend driving the extra distance to find another shop with people who will be more forthcoming and transparent. More
No communication at all about delays on vehicle repairs. Made an appointment to get a tire replaced and wheel repaired and was given an estimate of 24-48 hours. After waiting 48 hours we had to call and fight thru the automated phone system then wait several hours for a call back that it would be another day or two before the car would be ready. Waited and called back to go thru the same phone hassles to only be told it would now be at least another 3 days before the car would possibly ready. Planning on being without our car for two days is one thing but now at least a week is another and they have no loaner vehicles available? Come on you are a car dealership you have cars!!! Biggest complaint is none of this was communicated to us unless we made multiple phone calls and waited hours for responses. Sales experience was great but we will never go back for service even if that means we lose the service plans that we purchased with the vehicle. More

We've been researching mid-sized pickups for some time and decided on the Chevy Colorado Z1. This past weekend, while dealers were closed,, we visited several Chevrolet lots to get a look at various vehic and decided on the Chevy Colorado Z1. This past weekend, while dealers were closed,, we visited several Chevrolet lots to get a look at various vehicles without salespeople pressure. On Monday we returned to Emich to talk seriously to a salesman. We met Jay Stur on the lot and he presented himself as very confident and friendly. He was very knowledgeable on the truck, especially the technology. We went inside and talked numbers with Jay and a manager. I believe Emich was dealing in manner that was fair to both of us and we quickly agreed on a price. While the truck was being prepared, we met with Gloria in finance. She was extremely well organized and took us through the paperwork without haste. I thank Emich for the positive buying experience and look forward to driving this beautiful vehicle. More
