Finally After a horrifying experience at another dealer in Denver, we were very thankful to make a deal with Emich Chevrolet & Christian Palmer specifically. After a horrifying experience at another dealer in Denver, we were very thankful to make a deal with Emich Chevrolet & Christian Palmer specifically. The car was as advertised online & the test drive went well - once we were back at the dealership Christian was very transparent on the process and what could happen, and also allowed us some space to talk amongst ourselves before making a final decision. He helped out a ton when it can to maneuvering the deal & securing the best price we could. Once we agreed on terms, the finance team took over which was just as easy and transparent on the process. Worst part of the entire deal, was that we had to return the following day to sign more paperwork because OUR RATE WAS LOWERED! Certainly worth the drive back to Emich, and would not hesitate to buy from them in the future. More
