He walked us through the options available to us. Explaining as much as we wanted. Matt Laramy sold us our last two cars from Emich. He was patient as my son bought his first new car. He talked to him about the benefits and features with each of his options. He explained what the payments would be on each new and used. What warranty options there were and why they were different with each deal. Joe Altmix even came by to say hi. I began with a quick visit with Don Mulhauser, my long-time service assistance friend (who has always given me excellent help for previous cars of the past), and he led me to the appropriate contacts in the leasing department. That began my association with Matthew Laramy, ending with the successful leasing of my new 2017 Malibu. Mat quickly became a privilege to work with, patiently addressing my needs and going beyond my expectations in assisting me. He treated my as I were the only responsibility he had and we spent a few hours together, resulting in my driving away from Emich fully satisfied.
