Since the purchase of a used vehicle my experience has been horrible. I purchased a vehicle several months ago and have been waiting on the title paperwork since. I have called and 4 left messages on the title persons voicemail with no call back. I was told this title has been lost a couple months ago and have not heard a single thing since. I have already made 2 payments on a vehicle that I can’t even register. The lack of customer service that I have received has been shocking. More
